About Us

Pure Health Verdict is an independent review website covering popular health, wellness and lifestyle products — from supplements and sleep aids to everyday gadgets.

The internet is full of hype. Our goal is simple: explain what a product is, how it is supposed to work, what it costs, what the refund terms are, and who it is really for, in plain English.

How we work

Our editorial team studies each product's official information, ingredient or feature list and purchase terms, and compares them with what is generally known about those ingredients and features. We point out the strengths, the limitations and anything you should check with your doctor first.

Independence

Companies do not pay us to publish reviews or to change our ratings. Some links on our site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them. This helps keep the site running at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure.

Not medical advice

We are not doctors, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting a supplement or making changes to your health routine.
